The government has admitted the chances of a successful rape conviction in England and Wales are falling.

The home secretary and justice secretary say they are ‘deeply ashamed’ that thousands have gone without justice.

A review has outlined a series of reforms, but campaigners say it’s far from enough, with no new money for extra support services.

Sky’s home editor Jason Farrell has been speaking to women who feel the system let them down.
